Our portfolio covers a variety of schemes including residential projects, primary school extensions, primary care buildings and community facilities (including church work). Many of these schemes have involved working with existing historic or Listed Buildings and within Conservation Areas and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
As an RIBA Chartered Architects Practice we are able to tailor our service to your requirements and our friendly professional approach helps deal with the complex issues which arise during the planning, design and construction process. We work closely with other building professionals such as engineers and specialist craftsmen, builders and suppliers to provide a comprehensive and economic design package.
Being conscious of budgets we consider how value can be added to schemes by careful planning and good design. We understand our flexible approach works well for clients and references are available. Project values vary from £50K up to £1 million plus and involve significant extensions and restoration of properties including conversion of rural buildings into homes, new housing, health buildings, (such as care home and surgery work) along with adapting listed buildings into commercial offices, retail and restaurant facilities.
Within the Practice we continue to develop our skills and expertise with particular emphasis on schemes in sensitive locations, using energy efficient design, conserving resources and we are looking to the future with design solutions for the 21st century. We support staff training and development, offering equal opportunities to all.
