Measured surveys to plot existing buildings, as required for planning applications

Feasibility

Preparation of sketch scheme options followed by design ideas discussion meetings

Planning

Preparation and submission of planning application with agreed proposal and supporting reports.

Building Regs & Tender

Preparation of technical drawings and documents, securing quotes from contractors.

Construction

Carrying out regular site visits during construction and carry out contract administration role.

Handover & Close Out

Finalising snags on site and closing out project costs and construction contract.
